Help Clara Heal: Support Her Cancer Surgery & Recovery

Our dear Clara is facing a critical moment in her cancer journey. On April 24th, she is scheduled for a major surgery at MD Anderson in Houston — a leading step we pray will lead to her being cancer free.

Clara’s doctors believe the time is right to remove the original, active mass located at the GE Junction — where the esophagus meets the upper part of the stomach. This is a major and complex procedure, but it brings hope.

She will remain in the hospital for about five days, and afterward, she will need to stay in a Houston-based recovery facility for two weeks to be monitored and begin the healing process near her medical team.

This surgery is not just another step — it’s the step we’ve been waiting for.
