Hector Portes is a 72-year-old man. He is from the Dominican republic . Hector is known for making friends with just about anyone and always turns people's day around by making them laugh.

In the late hours of April 17th, 2024, Hector was struck by a motorcycle while crossing the street right in front of his home. He arrived at the hospital in bad critical condition, and sever memory loss. Thankfully, in the last few days the doctors have been able to stabilize him by performing multiple surgeries to repair his immediate life-threatening injuries. While still in critical condition he continues to improve with every passing day, however it will be a long road to recovery. We still have a long road of recovery to retrieve memory loss, and with medical help find ways to reduce the seizures.

Hector is loved by many and we pray for a speedy recovery. Any contribution helps and would be greatly appreciated in this time of healing. The funds raised will go directly to the family to help pay for medical bills, family support, and recovery.
