My name is Clairissa Daines. On August 21st, I was in a bad car accident. I had to be life flighted to flagstaff then life flighted to Phoenix. The extent of my injuries were my scalp separated from my head, I had broken ribs, a lacerated spleen, a head bleed, a broken arm, trauma to my left eye, and 15 micro fractures in my spine. I had surgery on my eye and arm. I was in the ICU for a few days.

Im in a good couple facial reconstruction surgeries among other medical expenses.

I know my picture doesn't do me justice, but I am a 21-year-old with no insurance and have to pay out of pocket for everything medical-wise. I really need the help and any little bit helps with my medical expenses. My fiancé has since found work and I cant really work physically and due to that, I have so much debt and bankruptcy is my best option. I need $3,300 or so for the court fees and attorney fees. Any bit of help would be appreciated. it's also $6,000 if not more for my facial reconstruction. Any bit of help is appreciated
