Hello friends!

This January I have been blessed with the opportunity to serve Pastor Tito and Kefale Church in the DR along with many friends from my school. Our team will be serving local communities through the church there. More than anything, our goal is to share God’s love in both word and action—to be His hands and feet where He leads us.

Few things have fed my soul and given me the opportunity to both fellowship with other young people from around the globe as well as serve them in an impactful way as missions have done. I truly have a deep desire to continue to serve the global community and support those shouldering the “hard work” 24/7, year round, in their local ministries on the ground. I have been hearing stories of how this trip had changed lives and increased hearts for God’s people for many years, and witnessed my friends and classmates retuning forever changed by this beloved community we’ve partnered with for so long and cannot wait to see what experiences He has waiting for us this year.

Our group will be training for this trip over the next several months and preparing our heads, hands and hearts to serve the community of Kefale Church. I’m really excited for the opportunity, but I also know I can’t do it alone. I would be so grateful for your prayers —for safety in travel, for perseverance, for open hearts (both ours and those we’ll meet), and for God’s presence to guide every step of this journey.

I have an incredible community with big hearts in you all, and if you feel led, I’m also seeking financial support to help cover the cost of travel, lodging, and supplies. The total cost is $1800, and I’m praying for partners who can give as they feel called—whether that’s $20, $50, or any amount God puts on your heart. Every bit truly makes a difference. You can be an important part of this work though you may not be able to be feet on the ground this time.
