On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, while working for a friend's tree business, CJ was hit by a tree and suffered 9 fractured vertebrae and a fractured rib. We praise the Lord he is walking and is alive. However, he is in a lot of pain and is not able to work since this happened.

During the ski season, he works full-time at Alyeska Resort as a supervisor and has a junk hauling with snow removal business on the side during that time. The other months he has a junk hauling business which is extremely hard work and requires a lot of heavy lifting, which he cannot do since being injured. As the friend's business does not have workers' compensation, he has no income while he is recovering.

He is a wonderful single father to his beautiful daughter, Nina. While CJ is recovering, we would like to ease his worries and ask for your help for CJ and Nina for groceries and expenses, medical bills, rent, and utilities so he can focus on recovering and being with Nina.

If you are not able to give, we understand, but please pray for CJ's healing and complete recovery, for pain relief, a restful night's sleep, for God to be near him, for financial provisions, and for guidance. We love you CJ and Nina!! Thank you for your prayers and for anything you are able to give.
