I'm raising funds for CJ, my niece. She is 17 and a beautiful and brilliant young lady that is fighting epilepsy and absence seizures. She’s been fighting this battle for about 4 years now and is about to have to shave her head and undergo an invasive neurological test. So far, the doctors don’t have a cause for these seizures. The testing procedures, missed work, and medication expenses have been and continue to be a huge tax on her family. Her mother, Amber, works a full-time job working with special needs families and also works tirelessly driving for DoorDash to attempt to keep up and pay the medical bills eventually.

This month I turn 50 and God has blessed me with everything I need. I’m asking, or more accurately challenging, my friends and family to each contribute $50 towards CJ’s medical expenses in lieu of gifts for my birthday!
