Our dear friend CJ has recently experienced a serious medical emergency, and she truly needs our support right now. As many of you know, CJ is an independent contractor — which means when she is unable to work, she has no income. What should have been a routine appendectomy, and a short hospital stay has instead turned into an extended hospitalization due to unexpected complications. It has now been eight days, and she is still in the hospital with no clear timeline for when she will be able to return home. It has been a long, exhausting, and uncertain road toward recovery.

CJ has worked incredibly hard to build a better life for herself and her girls. Through determination and resilience, she has created stability and opportunity for her family. However, this sudden medical crisis is not something she can financially sustain on her own. Our hope is to lift some of the burden so CJ can focus entirely on healing and getting back on her feet.
