Cindy has spent her life caring for others — first as a dedicated nurse, and now as the owner of her own aesthetics practice, where she helps people feel confident and beautiful every day. But today, Cindy needs our help.

Recently, Cindy received the devastating news that she’s been diagnosed with renal carcinoma (kidney cancer). Her doctors have scheduled an urgent partial nephrectomy, a major surgery to remove the tumor from her kidney. There’s also a possibility it could turn into a total nephrectomy, depending on what the surgeons find once they begin.

This is an incredibly difficult and frightening time — not just emotionally, but financially. The hospital has already issued a bill exceeding $4,000 upfront, and that’s before the anesthesia, surgeon’s fees, and hospital stay. Even with insurance, the out-of-pocket costs are overwhelming.

Earlier this year, Cindy underwent another surgery that completely depleted her savings. On top of that, she’s poured her heart, energy, and finances into expanding her small business — investing in new equipment, training, and education to better serve her clients and community.

Now, as she faces a six-week recovery (though she’s already vowing to be back in two, God willing), Cindy needs time to heal without the added stress of financial strain.
