I absolutely hate doing this, but my mom, Cindy Hawkins, has no life insurance, and what retirement she had, she cashed in years ago.

We would like to have a public viewing for everyone to say their goodbyes, but the costs are more than we can handle, especially since Christmas just passed. Any donations will be used towards having a public viewing and cremation for her.
