Cindy has a rare autoimmune disorder called Bergers Disease. This ultimately has caused kidney failure. She has been undergoing peritoneal dialysis every night.

The fantastic news is we got THE call about a month ago that there is a LIVE donor that is her perfect match! So greatful for this amazing donor.

With that being said. Her surgery is in Indy and she could be there for a solid 6 weeks while they monitor her. She could be home sooner than 6 weeks or later. It is a very intricate process with a kidney transplant patient and because of that she will need to rent a place for that time being in Indy that is close by the hospital and jim, her husband, will have to be off work a good chunk of that. This will cause a bit of a financial burden for them.

Any and all help is so much appreciated to help alleviate some of the weight that is on my moms shoulders and one thing she shouldn't have to worry about while trying to heal and stay as stress free as she can.
