Hi my name is Jennifer. I'm starting this fundraiser to help Cindy with her battle against a rare form of thyroid cancer, it's called Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer.

About 3 weeks ago Cindy was diagnosis with this. ATC is very aggressive and just one day after her diagnosis the tumor grew so large that it was compromising her airway and she was incubated. Cindy is currently at the University of Chicago fighting the fight of her life! She is currently getting radiation and immunotherapy.

Cindy is a childhood friend and although we rarely seen eachother we communicate often on social media. She is a wonderful, kind, hard working person. She has a Daughter and 2 granddaughters who she loves with all her heart. The medical bills are gonna be astronomical! She also won't be able to work to keep up with current bills.
