My name is Ciera and I thought long and hard about putting myself out there. I felt embarrassed and ashamed that I was asking for help. But, I decided to put my pride aside for the sake of my children.

I am a mother to two boys who are my world and I try to provide for them the best way that I can. I've depleted my savings due to constant issues with my pipes and repairs, which has resulted in the constant use of my credit cards. I've spent thousands of dollars on my pipes within this past year and I haven't been able to bounce back. There has been wear and tear on my home that has been adding to the mountain of repairs needed.

I took out a personal loan that, with the combined credit card bills and personal loan, has left me scrambling to continuously pay them. I used to have a side hustle which helped me financially, but due to a car accident almost two years ago, it led to me having a dislocated disc in my neck and muscle spasms.

I will use these funds to tackle my growing debt but to also get the much needed repairs done to my home. I do so much for the people in my life, that I feel like I'm drowning trying to stay afloat, because there is always something that goes wrong or something that breaks and it is just me who shoulders this burden alone.
