Support Chyann's Road to Recovery

Hi there! My name is Connor and I am making this GoFundMe on behalf of our dear friends Ben and Chyann Siwek. 11 weeks after welcoming their sweet baby girl Olive into the world, Chyann started experiencing back pain and tingling in her legs. After a few days of symptoms worsening, Ben took her to the ER. By the end of that day, Chyann no longer had feeling in her legs and gradually became paralyzed from the neck down.

After almost 2 weeks in the hospital, Chyann is still numb from the waist down with no clear answers at this time. The doctors are predicting a long road to recovery including Chyann transitioning from this hospital to a rehab facility as she works on gaining mobility and relearning how to walk. Not only do Ben, Chyann, and baby Olive deeply need our prayers during this unknown time but also as they are looking into an unknown future.

The Siweks are also in need of financial support as they have lost an entire income and the bills have begun pouring in from their monthly's as well as the hospital and doctors. Anything helps and is greatly, greatly appreciated. Thank you! x
