Support Chuck's Fight Against Liver Cirrhosis
Donation protected
Chuck was diagnosed with non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis in November of 2022. He had to quit his truck driving job in July 2022 because of the leg swelling, and he became weaker and lightheaded, although he did not know the diagnosis then. Chuck tried to support himself by being an Uber driver, but his ability to work has been extremely limited. He often had to be hospitalized because of the buildup of body fluid, confusion, and various other conditions as a result of the cirrhosis. He has a mobile home, but moved in with his parents for medical assistance. He has about $5,000 in medical bills. He wants to sell his mobile home, but it requires some repairs. Meanwhile, Chuck needs to pay for his mobile home and insurance. He also owes some utility bills. In addition, he needs some help with basic daily expenses. Chuck hopes to receive a liver transplant in the future. His mother Pam is my friend and leads a prayer group at the Carondelet YMCA. She is a loving person who prays for everyone. Please join me in Chuck’s journey of getting his life back.
