We wanted to share an update on Chuck and his ongoing battle with brain cancer.
Over the past several months, Chuck has had to make multiple trips to Seattle to receive specialized care and treatment at the University of Washington. These treatments are to help with the defecits from the tumor and the removal. The cancer is stable right now with minimal growth. These trips have become a necessary part of his fight and quality of life. However, they also come with significant travel, lodging, medical, and everyday expenses. As his treatment continues, so do the financial challenges for him and his family.
Unfortunately, their family is facing another difficult circumstance as well. Chuck’s daughter, Poema, is also dealing with her own health challenges related to Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and needs medical treatment and care.
This has been an incredibly difficult season for their family, with both Chuck and Poema needing medical attention at the same time. They are doing their best to navigate everything while focusing on getting the care they need.
If you have already donated, shared, prayed, or supported Chuck and his family in any way, **thank you from the bottom of our hearts.** Your kindness has meant more than you know. ❤️
If you are able to give, any amount—big or small—can help with the ongoing costs of travel, medical care, lodging, and other expenses. If you aren't able to donate, **sharing this GoFundMe and keeping Chuck, Poema, and their family in your prayers is just as meaningful.**
Please continue to pray for healing, strength, and peace for Chuck and Poema, and for wisdom and provision for their family as they walk through this difficult journey.
**Thank you for continuing to stand with them. ❤️**
