Support Chrystal's Fight for Recovery

Update: Chrystal went to be with nanny at 1:45 on July 12th. Her mother, sister and nephew held her hand until nanny took her other hand and helped her across that golden bridge.

These funds will now Be used to lay Chrysal to rest.

Chrystal did not have life insurance. Her family will take the on this financial struggle along with mourning the death of a beautiful soul.

If you Knew Chrystal you knew a smart ass, open book, courageous, hilarious soul. There will never be another like her. To know her was to be blessed.

UPDATE: Chrystal is still in critical conditon. She is still in a drug induced coma. They have started Dialysis. She still needs our prayers. Any support is appreciated! Her mom is right by her side. Monday Chrystal went in for a routine heart cath procedure which should've been an in and out procedure. However, while they were doing the cath Chrystal had a massive heart attack and coded. The Dr worked for 45 minutes to revive Chrystal. Soon as they got her back they rushed her into emergency open heart surgery. They took a vein from one of her legs to repair the heart. The surgery was about 5 hours. She then went to ICU and had to have another emergency surgery because she had a massive blood clot in her heart. They reopened her chest cleaned the clot out added more drainage tubes and went back to ICU. A few hours later they noticed Chrystals leg had no circulation and they were pretty sure she would lose her leg. However, her Dr asked us if he could do a 4th surgery where he would sever the vein on her good leg at the bottom and wrap it around to her bad leg and attach it in one's that would help the circulation in both legs. That surgery lasted a couple hours. All of that in less than 30 hours. This morning we got the best news we've had for 3 days. The 4th surgery worked and she now has circulation to her legs. Her heart is healing and getting better. She has very minimal brain damage from the 45 minutes they were doing CPR on her. They are now trying to taper her off of life support slowly. This is good! The bad part is she did have a kidney fail and she will be on dialysis until she can get a new kidney. She is doing every command the nurses and Dr's ask her to do. This is good! She's still in critical condition but she's wildcat strong and will pull through this. She's going to have a very long recovery.

Chrystal does not have short term disability and is a very prideful person. But she has a long road ahead of her and will need help!
