Support Christy's Twins in their Battle

My name is Christy Leary I'm a single mom and just had twins on 03/05/2024 a boy n a girl who was diagnosed with DiGeorge syndrome and also a heart condition called Tricuspid atresia since they have been born they both have been in NICU Fighting for their life. On Wednesday April 17 I was told my baby girl Ava was not getting any better and we would have to remove her off life support this coming week and say our goodbyes to my babygirl.
