Hi everyone.  This is Ruth, one of Christy's sisters.  As many of you know, both Christy and I are breast cancer survivors.   Christy was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer in 2016 while pregnant with her daughter CeCe.   She successfully went through surgery, chemo and radiation and was cancer free up until recently. 

In October of 2020, she was diagnosed with lymphedema and went through physical therapy.  Due to continued pain, her doctor ordered a PET scan on January 8th, 2021 which showed her cancer had returned and spread to her lungs, lymph nodes, abdomen, bone and liver.     She has sustained damage to her liver and currently is at Scripps Hospital in La Jolla, California.

 Christy and David have 4 children and Christy has been home schooling and taking care of their kids and home.   This Gofundme account is to raise funds to help the Green family  pay for ongoing medical expenses, and assistance with childcare and household expenses.   We appreciate any support you can provide as Christy and the Green family.  Thank you!
