Support Christopher's Transplant Journey help

Hello my name is Christopher bowman I am 42 waiting to get on transplant list my kidneys are affected by the liver and this last hospital trip the drs took me off heart meds and it sent me into v tach and pvc's even though my kidneys got better fast I had to get cardiac ablation surgery to fix fatal rhythm as my heart muscle is healthy but my heart rhythm is affected my liver is bad need to get this transplant for me for my daughter for my son and my grandson I have always thought I gave way more than I took in this work but now I really really need help like losing it all help home in danger bills getting behind my pride made me not go for social security etc because I always thought I would figure it out too be honest im afraid and embarrassed now but I need help some financial good will to get caught up and after almost losing my life feeling like I can breath again if nobody donates I understand im not known popular or willing to beg im just trying to stay alive live love learn.
