Help Christopher Álvarez Recover and Get Back on His Feet

Our dear friend Christopher Álvarez has recently gone through an incredibly tough time. What started as a case of pneumonia quickly turned into a week-long hospital stay, leaving him unable to work. Christopher drives for Uber, so any time off directly affects his income — and after being discharged from the hospital, we hoped things were finally turning around.

Unfortunately, the very next morning after being discharged, Christopher was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy, a condition that causes temporary facial paralysis and has left him sidelined once again.

Right now, we're hoping to raise at least $2,000 to help cover rent and essential living expenses while Christopher recovers. Every dollar will go toward helping him stay afloat while he regains his health and gets back behind the wheel.
