Support Christopher's Dream to Play in Italy

Hello, my name is Christopher Terrence Thompson Jr. I am a basketball player from Burlington, Vermont who was offered the opportunity to go Rome, Italy to play basketball for the Rome City Institute program. Playing basketball has been my dream since I was little but was put on a hiatus due to me suffering from knee injuries and a possible cancerous lesion in my bone. I missed over a year and a half of court time because of these injuries and missed my Junior season of highschool basketball. I will be taking my gap year at Rome City Institute while playing basketball but I was not offered a full ride to the school. My Mom, Dad, Grandpa and I will not have access to all of the money needed for this scholarship. Please help me make my dream come true so I can repay everyone who has supported me through my endeavors using the game that I love. Going to this program could help better my chances of getting into college due to getting the exposure that I lost from my surgeries.
