Support Christopher Currid

Christopher "Moose" Currid is a 4 year old boy who's life took a tragic turn on Sunday, August 16, 2020. Christopher had just been vacationing down the shore with his mother, Carolyn Zirkelbach and his two older brothers for about a week. On Sunday, Carol dropped the boys off to their father, Bobby Currid. Bobby took Christopher, his brothers, and a few other family members across the street to an ice cream truck around 9:30pm on the 6600 block of Keystone Street in the Tacony section of Philadelphia. After receiving his popsicle from the ice cream truck, Christopher was struck by a speeding vehicle in a hit and run accident. The velocity of the hit against little Christopher left him in critical condition in Saint Christopher Hospital's ICU with severe brain trauma including swelling on his brain and bleeding on his brain. Christopher is currently in a medically induced coma. No other updates on Christopher have been given at this time. 

The vehicle is a silver Honda Accord with tinted windows.

This tragic accident has Christopher's parents, Bobby and Carol, at his bedside, which in turn has left his parents unable to work. 

The family is asking for donations to help financially support Christopher, and Christopher's two older brothers during this very difficult time.

All donations will be received by Christopher's uncle, Jeffrey Sweet in care of all three children as needed. This was a request made by both of Christopher's parents, Carolyn Zirclebach and Bobby Currid.
