Help My Best Friend’s Family Rebuild After Devastating Flood

In the early hours of July 5th, disaster struck my best friend, her husband, 2 babies, her parents, and her brother and his family in the most terrifying way imaginable. At 3 AM, Christi received a call that literally saved their lives. They were jolted awake to find floodwaters already rising up to their windows. With little time to react, they rushed to the second floor of her parents’ home where they had to be rescued from, narrowly escaping with their lives.

Tragically, they lost beloved family pets in the chaos and everything they owned was swept away or completely ruined. Clothes, furniture, photos, a lifetime of memories, gone overnight.

They are now left with nothing but the clothes they were wearing and the emotional trauma of surviving a night they will never forget. By the grace of God they are safe and alive.

I’m asking our community, friends, neighbors, strangers with kind hearts to come together and help them rebuild.
