My name is Christina, and I am currently facing one of the most difficult times in my life. I have been diagnosed with stage 3 cervical cancer and has already spread to my pelvic lymph nodes. On 9/22/25 I will begin a challenging course of radiation and chemotherapy. My doctors have told me that the side effects will be intense, leaving me extremely sick and exhausted for at least the next two months, possibly longer. Because of this, I will be unable to work and will lose my main source of income during treatment. The added stress of keeping everything paid during my treatment and recovery can potentially make my cancer worse.

This journey will also affect my family. My husband will be taking on more responsibilities at home and caring for me as I go through treatment. The added stress and changes to our daily lives make this time even more challenging for both of us, and to make this worse, the love of my life and I married 11/11/24 after waiting for each other for 30 years.

I am reaching out for help to cover my essential monthly expenses while I focus on my health. The funds raised will go directly toward rent, utilities, groceries, and other basic needs that I will struggle to manage on my own during this time. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help relieve some of the stress and uncertainty I am facing, allowing me to concentrate on my recovery.
