Support Christine Walz Recovery

This fundraiser is for our mother Christine Walz who has been diagnosed with AutoImmune Encephalitis .  This is a very rare illness and there is no cure. But there is hope. There is a lot of research still to be done on this illness but there are treatments to manage it. So she will be taken care of but for this we need some support.

My name is Kelly and I am the oldest of her 6 children.  She has 3 boys and 3 girls. She has always been actively involved in our lives and activities growing up. Until recently she was running a church youth group , and coaching cheerleading for our youngest sister Kaleena. She has always been super involved in the community, volunteering and supporting anyone who is in need of help.

We are raising money to help to fund in medical expenses that wont be covered by insurance and other expenses that will need to be taken care of on this long road that my mother and my family is about to embark on, and it is not going to be an easy road.

This means a lot to my family because we do not know what caused this to happen, and it has been a very scary few weeks. My mother had to spend Christmas and the New Year in the Hospital, and she will also have to go to a rehabilitation center for a while. As of right now we are unsure if our mother will be able to go back to work. Therefore we need all the support we can get and we would be truly grateful for any donations and contributions.  Every little bit will help.
