My name is Christina, and I am reaching out with a mother’s desperate plea for help. I am in an overwhelming legal battle to bring my baby home and protect him from harm, but I can no longer do this alone. Recently, during a visit with me, Casey bravely told me that his father punched him in the face. I took this information to the California court immediately, believing the justice system would protect my son. To my shock and heartbreak, the California judge dismissed the case, telling me I would have to pursue this in Nevada. They wouldn't evaluate nor talk to Casey about what happened.

In Nevada, my case was assigned to Judge Mary Perry, who has repeatedly refused to acknowledge the critical evidence I’ve provided. No matter how much I present, no matter how serious the claims, I am not being heard. I fear for my son’s safety and well-being every day, and I am terrified of what might happen if I cannot get the right legal help in time. My next court date is in August so I wouldn't be about to see or talk to my son in two months.
