Christie Hentz is the best mother I could ever ask for. She raised me with unwavering love, strength, and determination. Two weeks ago, Christie’s life was suddenly disrupted by a car accident caused by another driver. She lost her fully paid-off vehicle and is now facing a difficult road to recovery. This accident has not only caused physical pain and limited her ability to complete daily tasks, but it has also forced her to pause her job search at a time when she was hoping to relocate closer to me. On top of that, the accident has triggered PTSD from a previous crash over a decade ago, adding emotional and mental strain to an already overwhelming situation. Right now, Christie is navigating physical recovery, emotional healing, and the complexities of medical care and legal processes—all at once. It’s a lot for anyone to carry, especially someone who is so used to being the one others rely on.
