Support Christie in keeping her bills paid and belly full while she recovers from Pneumonia.

While on a Birthday trip that Christie pinched pennies to make possible, she started developing viral symptoms. Since coming home this has developed into a case of pneumonia which has rendered Christie down and out. She has been ill for a fortnight and after a visit to the ED and a course of antibiotics the improvement in her health has been negligible.

Christie is a sole-trader who relies on the income from her art, support-work, lawn maintenance and other hustles to cover the necessities.

Currently Christie is debilitated - she's bedridden with a brutal cough and breathing difficulties, making the most basic tasks challenging. Generating resources to cover medical needs, bills, rent and groceries is far from within Christie's capacity currently and she could really do with some community support to get her over the line as she heals.

Our darling Christie is a hyper-independent babe who is much more comfortable giving than receiving. If collectively we can generate a little cushion that can alleviate these financial stressors, it'd do wonders for Christie's physical and mental health.
