I'm reaching out to you for help on behalf of my dear friend, Christie De Jesus. Christie is facing several serious medical conditions, and she needs our support to manage her health and live a fulfilling life. In addition, we are also raising money for her Uterine Myoma surgery.

Christie's Medical Conditions:

- Ischemic Heart Disease/ Long QT Prolongation

- Hypertension

- Uterine Myoma

- Renal Cortical Cyst

- Diabetes

- Dyslipidemia

These conditions require continuous and costly treatment, and Christie does not have health insurance due to her pre-existing conditions. We are seeking your help to cover her medical expenses over the next few months.

- Tuojeo with needle: ₱54,000

- Glyxambi: ₱7,200

- Liver Prime: ₱4,140

- Atenolol 50 mg: ₱900

- Micardis 40 mg: ₱4,500

- Vitamin C with Zinc: ₱300

**Total Medication Cost: ₱71,040**

In addition to medication, Christie needs regular laboratory and blood work, which can cost between ₱12,000 to ₱15,000 every three months. Unfortunately, the cost of surgery for her uterine myoma is still unknown.

Christie is an incredibly strong and resilient person, but the financial burden of her medical expenses is overwhelming.
