Christian has been my best friend for six years, and I’ve witnessed his incredible strength and resilience through unimaginable challenges. In 2025, Christian’s health took a devastating turn. He missed 190 days of work and had to make 57 visits to the emergency room. He endured two major surgeries, turned septic three times, battled the flu and tachycardia, and was diagnosed with a thyroid tumor that still needs to be removed. Most recently, Christian lost feeling in both legs, and doctors discovered he has Guillian-Barre Syndrome. He is now in a wheelchair, facing a long road to recovery and learning to walk again.

Despite these hardships, Christian remains the sole caretaker for his elderly, blind mother. With his inability to work, they are struggling to pay bills and keep a roof over their heads. The financial strain has made an already difficult situation even more overwhelming, and they urgently need support to cover medical bills, rent, and daily living expenses.
