Support Christian's Need for Accessible Transportation

Hello my name is Jonathan Jimenez speaking on behalf of my brother Christian Jimenez (26 years old). Christian was diagnosed with Cerebral palsy since birth. He is paraplegic in which he has no neurological messages sent to his lower half. Becuase of this he is wheelchair bound and has to have 24 hr care and medical service provided to him. We as a family are now in a bind of finding transportation for him to his doctors and practically anywhere. He is in need of a special wheelchair that his Medicaid cannot provide for, also transportation in the right vehicle for his setting since transporting him now is only through strenuous back breaking lifting force of his only brother Jonathan. We are in need of a specialty carbon fiber designed electrical wheelchair, that will make it a bit easier to release pressure wound forming on his body becuase of not having the right equipment for his daily sitting arrangements and transportation. Plus the transportation vehicle is need with a specialized ramp to be able to drive the wheelchair in. We are asking anyone that can help to donate any small amount with a great loving disposition. Christians brother is now taking care of him full-time since both parents are elderly and do not have the strength to perform the tasks anymore. Christian has only one brother (Jonathan), which also has to balance his daily life from work to home and fill in for more than half of everyday for his care. Many times caretakers do not show up on the weekends or alternate on a regular basis becuase of circumstances unforseen. Because of this Christians brother(Jonathan) has had to now take plenty of days off of work to take him to doctor visits or to stay home and take care of him. Funds have run extremely low because of these reasons and the extra money to provide for a newly designed wheelchair and vehicle for transportation is really needed. In honor for your love and donations Jonathan (which is a barber/cosmetologist in our SWFL COMMUNITY), will be creating a Cerebral Palsy Awerness campaign in which we involve any family that has gone through a tragic event that has caused a disablilty and give them a haircut at no cost in honor of the community for there gesture of love.
