I am organizing this GoFundMe on behalf of my friend, Constance. Her son Christian has recently been in and out of the hospital and has been readmitted today. He originally went in after a follow up with his doctor after little to no improvement from viral menigitis. He had a CT scan and that showed a mass on his brain, which then called for an MRI.

After about a week in the hospital, he was released and was told to consult with a Nuerosurgeon in Kansas City at Children's Mercy for a follow up.

This turn of events has quickly changed his daily living. He had to stop playing football before the season was over and is unable to wrestle in the fall. He currently is unable to go to school because of the noise and light sensitvity he has currently.

Christian is sophomore at Newton High and his passion is football. He loves hanging out with his friends and and playing football at any given chance.

At this time, he is awaiting a trip to Children's Mercy in KC around Thanksgiving, to determine the next steps. With that, his mom is beginning to prepare for the significant medical expenses, travel expenses, and continued time away from work.
