Help Us Save Our Home and Rebuild Our Lives
Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,
My wife and I recently celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. We have built our lives in this community, raised our two daughters here, put both of them through college, and have already had the joy of marrying one of them off. This community has been such an important part of our family’s journey, which makes sharing our story with you even more meaningful.
This is one of the most difficult things my wife and I have ever had to write. We want to be transparent about how any funds raised will be used. A portion of the money will go toward attorney’s fees related to resolving issues from the closure of our business, and another portion will be used to pursue a mortgage modification and catch up on critical housing-related expenses so we can keep our home and regain financial stability.
For years, we poured our hearts and energy into building our automotive dealership. Our goal was simple: treat people fairly, offer quality vehicles at honest prices, and create a better buying experience. After the collapse of our business, some of the funds raised will help us keep our home, cover attorney’s fees, and fulfill obligations to customers as we work to make things right.
We worked long hours, sacrificed family time, and did our best to serve every customer who came through our doors. We remain deeply grateful for the support we received along the way.
Unfortunately, our business grew faster than we could sustain. We became undercapitalized, made financial mistakes, and mismanaged that growth. We take full responsibility, and the consequences have been devastating.
The collapse of our business has left us fighting to keep something we never imagined we would lose—our home.
Over the past several months, we have exhausted our savings, sold assets, and used every available resource to stay afloat while working to rebuild our lives. We are making progress, but the road has been far more difficult than we expected.
Today, we are close to the finish line but still need help.
We are seeking $50,000 to catch up on critical housing-related expenses and provide the stability needed to avoid losing our home as we continue rebuilding our financial future.
No donation is too small. Whether you give $5, $20, $100, or simply share this campaign, every act of kindness brings us closer to keeping our home and starting over.
We know many people are facing challenges of their own, and we do not make this request lightly. If you are unable to donate, we would be grateful for your prayers, encouragement, and help sharing our story.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read this and for any support you can provide. We are committed to learning from our mistakes and rebuilding our lives one day at a time.
With sincere gratitude,
Christian & Christina Rivera
