As some of you may know, my best friend, Christa Ricks was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma HER+2 (an aggressive form of breast cancer) on June 17, 2024. She will undergo a double mastectomy on July 16, 2024 and will take 12 weeks of chemo before reconstructive surgery 6 months later. If you know Christa, this entire process is extremely difficult for her especially as a single mom. She will have to stop working indefinitely which makes income very difficult. We are asking for your help, big or small, and would appreciate any and all donations to help cover intense medical bills and and in support of her daughter, Jodi. We understand if you cannot give a monetary donation at this time but we ask for your continued prayers as Christa battles breast cancer and this difficult journey she will experience. We are very strong believers in our God and have strong faith that He will prevail and heal Christa’s body so that she can continue to raise her daughter to the best of her ability. We also ask for your encouragement for Christa and she travels down this long road to full recovery. God’s plan is the best plan!
