Back in 2001, shortly after a wrestling practice in high school, of which I had just attained varsity, it was a typical icy and cold Iowa evening. Upon leaving school, I slipped and fell, smashing my mouth and busting my two front teeth, one of which completely came out. It was put back in with the knowledge that at some point I would need an implant.

Fast forward 24 years, I get home from working some maintenance side gig in Davenport and bit into a sandwich; boom, hear and feel a cracking only to discover that the tooth has finally come full circle and needs to be replaced.

This is an oral surgery that is all said and done around 8k, most of which is an upfront payment. Anything will help.
