Dear family and friends,
I hope this message finds you and your loved ones well. I am reaching out to share that my husband, Chris, was recently diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer. On Friday, April 17, 2026, Chris underwent an urgent procedure to remove his prostate. This is just the beginning of what will be a long journey, as he now faces follow-up treatments and ongoing care for the next two years.
While we are grateful for our health insurance, we are still facing significant out-of-pocket costs for treatments, medications, and related expenses. On top of this, I am also dealing with my own health issues, which require me to take time off work without pay so I can care for Chris and accompany him to his appointments, just as he does for me. The financial burden is growing, especially since Chris will be unable to work for at least 30-35 days during his recovery.
Reaching out for help is never easy, but sometimes life’s challenges leave us with no other choice. We would be deeply grateful for any donation to help us cover medical bills, treatments, and living expenses during this difficult time. If you are able to donate, or even just share our story, you will be making a real difference in our lives. Thank you for your kindness and support.
