My husband, Chris Rowe, has spent his life helping people. Doing charitable and volunteer work has been wonderful but left us with very small pensions, and we must continue to work in our mid-70s.

Now Chris is the one who needs help. He is fighting cancer and is on chemotherapy. He is also doing alternatives such as oxygen therapy. He is unable to work, which means we not only have to pay for his treatments but also find a way to survive on our small pensions.

Chris is receiving a type of chemotherapy called monoclonal antibodies. His doctors recently let us know that the cancer is arrested. This means it is no longer growing and the treatments are working.
