Hi Friends and Family,

Chris Pina here. I woke up one morning and attempted to get out of bed. I fell to my knees and crawled to the bathroom. I had lost the ability to walk for 4 days. I had physical therapy sessions and began my search for a cardiologist. I found a great doctor and I’m going again to see him on April 3rd. Apparently, I have poor blood circulation in my legs. I'm having an extensive amount of tests which will most certainly result in a couple of heart stent procedures, a short hospital stay at Cedars, and medicine for my circulation.

The company I had worked for 2 1/2 years was sold. 30 of us employees were let go last July 24. I received unemployment benefits up to 2 weeks ago. I’ve signed up for Disability benefits, but that is next month which will pay my living costs. I have gone through my savings and cashed out my 401K benefits.

Friends, the last thing I wanted to do was this—asking you to donate money to me, but I need help. I can’t live on my Social Security, that’s why I need disability insurance and the strength to continue doing voice-overs, comedy writing, acting, or work from home.
