Hi, my name is Dana, and I’m Chris’s roommate and his brother Billy’s girlfriend.

I’m starting this GoFundMe to support Chris James, who was recently diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Chris is only 28 years old and is currently hospitalized as he begins chemotherapy. This has all happened very quickly, and right now his focus needs to be on treatment and healing.

If you know Chris, you know how special he is. He is endlessly positive, incredibly witty, and genuinely one of the funniest people to be around. He has the warmest heart and loves his family more than anything. Even in the middle of something so overwhelming, he continues to show strength, humor, and kindness to everyone around him.

This journey is going to be a long one. Between hospital stays, chemotherapy, medications, insurance deductibles, and everyday living expenses, the financial burden adds up fast. The funds raised here will help cover medical bills, treatment-related costs, and basic living expenses, allowing Chris and his family to focus on what truly matters right now, his health.
