Support Chris Haynes' Recovery Journey

My name is Kayvon Leath, and I am the Chapter Executive Director for Austin NARI. On New Year’s Eve, our Chapter President, Chris Haynes, unexpectedly fell ill and was hospitalized. He remains in critical condition, and he and his family need our help.
Chris has been a pillar of our community since starting his business in 2005 and joining Austin NARI in 2020. As a NARI Certified Remodeler, Chris has consistently gone above and beyond to make a difference in both our industry and our community. In 2023, while serving as Vice President of the Austin NARI Chapter, he spearheaded the largest Austin NARI sponsored pro-bono effort to date to assist a local community member who suffered a life-altering spinal cord injury. Chris and his team remodeled the family’s home, completing major structural renovations to create a wheelchair-accessible, ADA-compliant environment. From the entryway to the primary suite, kitchen, and living spaces, his work was an extraordinary act of generosity, reflecting his compassion and commitment to giving back.
Outside of his professional life, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and five teenagers, hosting gatherings, and sharing his passion for grilling and smoking meats with friends and family.
Now, Chris needs our support during this challenging time. Our Austin NARI family is rallying together to raise funds to help him and his family cover expenses as he focuses on recovery. Your contribution—no matter the size—will make a meaningful difference. Please also share this page with others in the community to help us surround Chris, his family, and his employees with prayers and monetary support.
