Support Chris Evans: Rebuild & Recover

Hey everyone, meet Chris Evans – a dedicated small business owner and tattoo artist in Asheville, NC, who has always been there for our community. From raising over $20,000 in donations and supplies that were distributed to those who needed it during Hurricane Helene to providing water deliveries to those without clean drinking water after the storm, Chris has shown nothing but love and generosity through the toughest times.

But now, after the hurricane left devastation in its wake, Chris’s business is struggling to stay open. The financial damage has been overwhelming, and on top of this, he needs to have both of his hips replaced in March. Even with health insurance, the procedures will cost an enormous amount of money (out of pocket) to have completed and severely limit his ability to work during recovery. Chris literally needs our help to get back on his feet.

He’s given so much to all of the communities he is actively involved with. Chris opened Divination Tattoo in 2019, creating a safe and positive space for artists to grow their craft. He is also the founder of Enter the Garden, which is a theatrical production focused on bringing pole dance to a larger audience. Chris is an avid Pickleball player (who would very much love to get back to playing) and admin for both the Asheville Pickleball Facebook group and Playtime Scheduler with over 6,000 local members.

Chris gives himself to all of these aspects of his life and never asks for anything in return. It’s our turn to give back and help someone who has positively impacted so many people in the community.
