Hi, my name is Tabatha. I am setting up this fundraiser for local musician and Wild Goose bar owner Chris Dellinger. I have been a close family friend of Chris, Lola and their family for several years. I worked with them both in the band scene and also in their business Wild Goose Saloon. Chris was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Prostate Cancer back in November and has been overwhelmed with medical bills, doctor's appointments, and trying to find the balance of running a business during the slowest season of the year.

Anyone that knows Chris knows that he has always stepped up to help other families and musicians in their time of need, so let's give back to someone that has given so much to so many. Stage 4 prostate cancer is not curable at this time, but our hopes are that with the right treatment he can get into remission and be able to focus on his health without some of the stresses of being self-employed and not having financial stability.

We have kept things private until now, but with Chris starting chemotherapy on March 5th, it is getting to a point where it is no longer possible to keep this out of the public eye. He has been on hormone therapy for about a month and will also be combining injections with the chemo. Getting insurance and medication has been more than challenging given the work situation, and they are already on the verge of financial ruin, and this battle is just beginning. If you can, please help out a good friend, husband, father, mentor, and someone who would give the shirt off his back to help others in Chris and his family's time of need.
