Support Chris and Lemmy After Tragic Fire

My name is Shelly Dougall, and I hope you find it in your heart to take the time to read this story and donate to or share this page. Today, my brother got the devastating call that no one wants to hear: his house was on fire and his beloved pets were trapped inside. After fire crews put out the fire by tearing through the roof and taking out both doors, they were able to get the pets out. However, Maxi sadly lost her life, and Lemmy had to be transported to the animal hospital in critical condition. Lemmy thankfully survived.

Unfortunately, this fire has caused vet bills, displaced housing, among other significant expenses. My brother Chris is the most considerate, humble, supportive person I know, and he is always there to help anyone who needs it. Now is the time for us to help him and show him that the community has his back in the most vulnerable time he could experience.
