This has been an incredibly stressful time for our family. My mom and Chris were both diagnosed with cancer back to back. As of now, Chris has stage 3B colorectal cancer. There is a spot on his liver that we need more testing on to see if it’s from the cancer or not. He will be starting chemo and radiation treatments that will last a total of 6 months. He will then have surgery after the treatments to remove the tumor, which will be a long recovery time. His job is physical (HVAC technician), so working and keeping up with all of our bills is going to be a struggle. He already has so many appointments and will be going in for treatments 5 days a week.

We are lucky to have a great support system, but since my mom has stage 4 breast cancer, this whole journey is going to be a long and difficult one for my family. Chris has come such a long way in the last five years. He graduates from a four-year HVAC trade school in April, and we even bought our first house almost three years ago together.

We really want to keep our house, but with current and future medical bills and being out of work, we are reaching out for some help. Thank you so much in advance. We are going to beat this!!
