Support Chris and Ashley's Fight for Hope

Hello, my name is Rebecca, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my dear friends, Chris and Ashley Hamby. They are a young couple walking through one of the most difficult seasons of their lives—and they need our help, our prayers, and our faith.

Chris has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Kidney Failure, and unfortunately, his current treatments are not working. His nephrologist is sending him to UNC for a second opinion, praying for new options that may offer some hope. Right now, they need a miracle that only God can provide.

Chris is doing everything he can to continue working, despite the toll it’s taking on his health. His condition limits what his job can accommodate, and yet, he presses on—for his wife, for his family, and for the future he so desperately wants to be part of.

Ashley, his wife, is also working full time at a doctor’s office while carrying the weight of this medical crisis. She is pregnant with their second child and caring for their precious 6-month-old baby boy, Hudson. The burden is heavy. The questions are many. And the need is urgent.

This young family is clinging to faith as they walk through this storm. They believe that God is able—and so do we.
