Support Chris After Dog Attack Injuries

UPDATE: We have hired a lawyer and we spoke to the victim services advocate in Albany. We have not heard back if the owner has insurance and so far he has not received any assistance for lost wages and the cost of medical supplies.

My boyfriend Chris is a delivery driver here in Albany and he was attacked by 2 dogs yesterday while delivering to a customers house. He has injuries to his left leg and his right arm. He may need surgery in the near future as well. He is currently unable to work due to his injuries. We have filed a police report and he is pursuing a lawsuit against the dog owner but he has bills to pay and he is unable to work. Being a delivery driver means that he is self contracted and does not qualify for workers compensation so anything helps.
