Today I am having to ask for your help for Chops!

He was attacked by a stray dog while trying to protect my 3 little dogs & myself while we were outside in my yard. He saw through his bedroom window the stray running from the wooded area towards us, and he jumped through the window. The 2 dogs fought violently as the 3 little dogs & I got to safety. By the time I got back outside, Chops was on the ground barely moving. I got him to a vet that would not help him because I could not pay the bill in full and cannot get CareCredit or Scratch. My brave boy will die if I cannot get him vet care immediately and because of me being sick for 2 weeks, then I broke my hand, I have been out of work for 3 weeks. So, my emergency funds are now gone, and I cannot even get a vet to look at my boy. They would rather let him die than wait for payment Chops is 12 years old now and a rescue I adopted 10 years ago. I love him more than life itself. Never have I had to ask for help with funds for him or any others that I have taken in to save from death, but I, the one who always takes in the dogs needing help, homes, vets, food, etc., am having to ask for your help to save my own boy. As badly as I hate to ask for help, I have to, or my precious boy will die. If you can help us, please, anything will help so I can get him to the vet immediately before it's too late.
