Paws, Hands, and Second Chances (PHSC) is a compassionate nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, healing, and transforming the lives of animals while bringing comfort and joy to people in need. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every creature deserves dignity, love, and a second chance at life.

Rescue & Rehabilitation: Our very first rescue, Chop, a dog who endured over three years locked in a cage, has become a symbol of hope. His story went viral on TikTok, touching hearts worldwide and shining a light on the resilience of neglected animals. Emaciated but full of spirit, Chop embodies our commitment to never give up on those who have been forgotten. We also welcomed two hound dogs after their owner passed away, ensuring they were not left behind in grief but embraced with care and belonging.

Community Connection: Our miniature schnauzer brings joy through pet therapy visits at nursing homes and schools, reminding us that healing is not only for animals but also for the people who love them.

Beyond Companion Animals: PHSC wants to extends its care to livestock, offering sanctuary and support to all creatures great and small.
