Support Choco's Battle Against Leukemia!

As most of you know, Choco has been part of my life since I was 14 years old. He is now 14 years old and has begun to battle some health issues. In February 2021 his health started declining out of no where, after multiple rounds of testing, trips to the vet, and finally seeing an oncologist, Choco was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL). I am absolutely heartbroken, but the type of Leukemia he has is treatable and he could potentially live a successful life for years to come. Choco has started oral chemotherapy pills and a steroid medication to help balance his cancerous cells in his blood stream and ideally go into remission. He’s doing well and still as happy as ever. Truthfully, he has no idea he’s sick and I’d love to keep it that way, which seems very possible with this medication plan.

I want to be able to provide for Choco withouthaving to second guess the cost of his treatment. I’ve easily spent over $1500 in the last month and foresee the expenses to add up as he’ll need to continue getting monthly labs done and continue his treatment. As of now his monthly medical costs are around $400, which will continue for at least a year. Hopefully with this treatment his cancer will go into remission! 

Choco means the absolute world to me and I know he’s touched many people’s hearts with his sassy attitude, snaggletooth, and little tongue.
