Hello friends near and far!

Our beloved Chloe is currently battling two different court cases which have completely blind sighted her and has been a major hurdle in her ability to live her life. As one of Austin's most active and exciting event producers, her passion has captured the essence of what it means to foster and uplift community. Though her presence is always one of warmth and hospitality ( and feisty , let’s be real!) she has encountered a number of external forces that seek to inflict financial hardship on her through the courts. As some of you may know, this attack stems from an event she hosted with the band Sexual Purity on January 25th, 2025. Without going into too much detail ( for legal reasons ), Chloe has been served papers and is currently being sued for 20K in addition to a pending criminal court case over bogus claims. This is all the result of being caught in the crosshairs of the booking agency ' Last rites' and unfortunately, Chloe is now a victim of this unrelenting abuse.

We are calling on community to help Chloe fight these charges. We need to secure a reputable lawyer to fight back and to win.
